Danny finally got a day off today and it is raining ALL day. He had plans to work hard out in the yard, but that will have to wait for another day. Instead we went out and cleaned out the garage and defrosted our little freezer. Well some of us worked, Ali decided it was her day off too and she didn't want to work.
Ali did however feel in the mood to color eggs. This year Ali and I decided to try something different and try the Spin an Egg. It cost more than your average egg coloring kit, but Ali decided it was worth it. We had fun adding different colors to the egg to see what color it would turn into when we spun it around in the contraption. So now the garage is clean, eggs are colored, Danny's hair is cut, and everyone got naps (except for mom) so I think we are ready to have a good easter tomorrow. Wow, what an ambitious Saturday, you make me feel pretty lazy! With the exception of I SAW Daniel laying on the couch this morning on the web cam, even if it WAS just for a few minutes!! The Easter Eggs look GREAT and Ali looked like she had fun coloring them, and Grant was having a blast in the garage helping mom and dad!
